This directory is made up of hotels, restaurants and other establishments that are owned and/or run by our professional members. It is divided into sections according to the tourist areas of South Africa that the various Bailliages fall under.

Benefits and specials at these establishments are available to all members of the Chaine from time to time.  Please check with each  establishment to see what's available and remember to take your membership card along with you.

Celebrate Spring in South Africa in 2012 and the early growth of the New World wines in and around our nine wine growing regions outside Cape Town.    

You are invited to join us any time from 15th September till 23rd or later, to be part of the sixth International Finals of the Sommeliers Competition and our Grand Chapitre.  

We have a ‘world in one country’ to offer you – from the Mediterranean climate of Cape Town to the lush Lowveld ‘bush’ or the picturesque Garden Route.

Trip Advisor voted Cape Town the destination of choice for 2011 and a trip up Table Mountain is on the ‘must do before I die’ list.   Now is your opportunity to swop seasons and enjoy an annual vacation with a difference.
